Platinuim Maintenance Package - Server management, workstation management, network management and tuning, security software management, anti-virus management, hardware management, server logs review, and firewall management. This monthly or quarterly package includes 40 hours or more of scheduled maintenance hours and up to 15% discount on hardware and software. * Server management, workstation management, network management and tuning, security software management, anti-virus management, hardware management, server logs review, and firewall management. This monthly or quarterly package includes 25 - 40 hours or more of scheduled maintenance and up to 12% discount on hardware and software.*Silver Maintenance Package - Server management, workstation management, network management and tuning, security software management, anti-virus management, hardware management, server logs review, and firewall management. This monthly or quarterly package includes 9 - 24 hours or more of scheduled maintenance hours and up to 10% discount on hardware and software.* Bronze Maintenance Package - Server management, workstation management, network management and tuning, security software management, anti-virus management, hardware management, server logs review, and firewall management. This monthly or quarterly package includes up to 8 hours or more of scheduled maintenance hours and up to 5% discount on hardware and software. Security Maintenance Package - Firewall management, anti-virus management, security software management, intrusion detection management, and network and security policy management. The number of hours for this type of plan varies based on the number of servers in the environment. Review maintenance task performed on monthly and quarterly visits. * Maintenance Plan discounts vary from monthly to quarterly. |
